Applications for the Academy are now open
- Active participants who wish to take individual lessons with the guest professors (up to 8 participants per instrument, at no extra charge) must submit, along with their registration form, a video recording of themselves performing a work of their choice. The selection of students who will have individual lessons with the guest professors will be made by the academy’s instructors prior to the start of the academy.
- Each active participant will have at least 3 individual lessons with the academy instructor and at least 2 individual lessons with the guest professor (the duration of individual lessons will be determined according to the level of the participants).
- To secure their place, each participant must complete the available registration form and then pay a non-refundable deposit of €100.
- The remaining balance is payable in two installments: the first (€200) by 15/06/2026 and the second (remaining amount) by 16/07/2026.
- Bank account details will be provided to each participant after the registration form has been completed.
- The organizers will provide daily transfers for active participants and auditors to and from the lesson and concert venues, from the student residences as well as from designated points in the city.
- ATTICA GROUP (Blue Star Ferries, Hellenic Seaways) is offering a 40% discount on travel to and from Chios for the Music Academy (subject to availability, on all seat/cabin categories except single cabins and luxury cabins) for the period 20–31/07/2026.
- In view of ongoing construction works at Chios Airport, early booking of flights and ferry tickets is strongly recommended.
In the event that the organizers cancel the academy due to their own fault, the full amount will be refunded to all participants.
