Applications for the academy are now open
The participation fee for active participants is 550€ ( for those who have secured their spot by 31/05/2024). The price includes: tuition, piano accompaniment, accommodation in a room at the Student Residences of the University of the Aegean in Chios, as well as one daily meal.The number of rooms in the student residences is specific, and priority will be given based on reservations.
Active participants who wish to have individual lessons with guest teachers (maximum 8 persons per class and at no additional cost) should, along with the registration form, submit a video performance of their one chosen piece. The selection of students for individual lessons with the guests, will be made by the academy’s teachers before the start of the accademy.
Starting from June 1, 2024, the participation fee for active participants will be 600€, with a deadline getting set to 20/06/2024.
For auditors, the cost is 150€ without accommodation and meals. Auditors who want us to arrange for their accommodations and meals should contact us at info@chiosphilharmonicacademy.gr or at +30 697 2241747.
To secure a spot, each participant must complete the registration form provided and pay a non-refundable deposit of 200€. The remaining amount is payable in two instalments: the first (200€) by 15/06/2024, and the second with the remaining amount by 06/07/2024.
The bank account details will be provided to each participant after the completing of the relevant form. In case the organizers cancel the academy due to their own culpability, the entire amount will be refunded to the participants.
The organization takes care of the daily transportation of the active participants and observers to and from the lesson venues, from the student residences, and from predetermined points in the city.
